Photos of the "impossipuzzle"

Yes, that's what this was called. I thought it was far from impossible though. It mostly demanded patience. An impossible jigsaw would be one with a single colour and crap pieces that don't stay together.

I was rather sad when it was done. I made quite a few friends over the four days that it took, and met one from the past! :)

Congratulations, that puzzle must have taken a while. I like the picture of you contamplating the finished thing, almost as if to say, "And now what will I fill my time with?"

you are aware that their is a monocolored puzzle from a germany puzzling company called "ravensburger"? its not impossible, but actually nice, as the jigsaw pieces have unique forms so you are actually not puzzling by image/colors but formtypes.
